BMI Communications, Inc. offers full maintenance contracts on a variety of voice recording systems. BMI assists with all customer questions, including the use or application of the system, system connectivity issues, remote diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

Preventive Maintenance

Our trained staff conducts regular preventive maintenance visits on all equipment to ensure that it is working properly and in accordance with our customer’s expectations. All database entries are checked and verified with our records and any changes are recorded for future reference. A complete log of service related issues is kept by our staff to ensure accurate troubleshooting and repair if needed. Our goal is to have all systems recording and working properly at all times.

Inventory Advantage

We stock a full inventory of spare parts guaranteeing that from the time a service call is initiated, that there is a minimum amount of down-time and all issues are resolved in a timely manner. Many critical components are often stocked at the customer’s location for quick and easy access. Our technicians have instant access and the ability to replace or “hot-swap” these particular components when necessary.

Voice and Video Conferencing

BMI Communications, Inc. offers Gold Seal, a one-of-a-kind support package for all of our voice and video conferencing equipment.

24-Hour Technical Support

The Gold Seal Support Center provides unlimited 24-hour remote support Monday through Sunday. The Gold Seal Support Center is staffed by experienced and dedicated technical professionals between the hours of 8:00AM to 8:00 PM EST. After-hours calls are routed to voicemail and technical support personnel are immediately paged. The Gold Seal Support Center assists with all customer questions, including the use or application of the system, system connectivity issues, remote diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

Next Business Day Replacement

The Gold Seal Support Center provides Next Day Replacement of covered equipment on calls prior to 4PM. Equipment is shipped next day at no cost to the customer. A return ground-ship label is included with the replacement equipment at no cost to the customer.
